1. Agreement to these terms
By installing or using LitPhoto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app and uninstall it. These terms cover the LitPhoto Android app only; other Coolqoo products are governed by their own terms.
You must be old enough to consent to digital services in your country to use LitPhoto. If you are below that age, use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Your licence to use LitPhoto
Coolqoo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use LitPhoto on devices you control, for your own use. The licence is subject to these terms and to the Google Play terms that apply to the download.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows it, or use it to build a competing product.
3. Free app and Google Play
LitPhoto is free to download. Google Play distributes the app under Google's own terms and handles the listing, installation, and device compatibility checks. If Google Play's terms conflict with these terms on a point that concerns the store itself, Google Play's terms apply to that point.
4. Advertising
The free edition of LitPhoto is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob, with consent managed through Google's User Messaging Platform where the law requires it. Advertising is part of the free edition.
How ads appear and what data Google may process depends on your region, your consent choices, and your Android and Google settings. The LitPhoto Privacy Policy describes these choices in detail.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LitPhoto to:
- process, store, or share images you have no right to use, including images that infringe someone else's copyright, privacy, or other rights;
- create or distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful material;
- interfere with the app, attempt to bypass its security or licensing controls, or use it in a way that damages Coolqoo or third-party services;
- misrepresent edited files as unedited originals where that misrepresentation could harm someone.
6. Your photos and your responsibilities
You keep all rights to the photos and files you select in LitPhoto. Coolqoo does not claim ownership of your images.
You are responsible for having the right to use, edit, and share the images you select, and for reviewing every exported file before you send it to another person, app, or service. LitPhoto can keep EXIF metadata in an export when you choose that option, so check the result if the file contains capture time, device details, or location information you would rather not share.
Keep your own copy of any original image until you have confirmed the exported file meets your needs. Image processing can reduce quality or discard metadata by design.
7. Third-party services
LitPhoto relies on services operated by Google, including Google Play, Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics, and it checks update configuration from a Coolqoo configuration service. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Coolqoo does not control them.

8. Privacy
The LitPhoto Privacy Policy explains what information the app and its third-party services handle, and the choices available to you. It forms part of the way LitPhoto is provided, but it is a separate document from these terms.
9. Availability and updates
Coolqoo may release updates, change features, or stop distributing LitPhoto. Some features depend on your Android version, available storage and memory, and network access, and may not work on every device.
The app is offered for the platform and regions where Coolqoo chooses to publish it. Nothing in these terms obliges Coolqoo to keep any particular feature available indefinitely.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, LitPhoto is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coolqoo does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any exported file will meet a particular quality, size, or format requirement.
Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that the law of your country of residence does not allow to be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Coolqoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, photos, profit, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use LitPhoto.
Because LitPhoto is provided free of charge, Coolqoo's total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here reduces mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
12. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling LitPhoto. Coolqoo may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms or use the app in a way that harms Coolqoo, other users, or third parties.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 6, 10, and 11, continue to apply.
13. Changes to these terms
Coolqoo may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, Coolqoo will present it in the app or on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use LitPhoto after an update means you accept the updated terms.
